Payouts Paused

Despite submitting my tax information on time, the platform displayed a persistent error message that the task was pending. I contacted support, and was told it was a known bug and that I could safely ignore it. However, my payouts have now been paused. Reached out to Airbnb customer service multiple time, also had 20 calls or more. My tickets are continuously getting closed and they keep saying they are forwarding my issue to a specialized team. But then no resolution so far. It seems the tax info was not synced in the background system. Where else can I escalate to have it resolved?

Airbnb has had this issue for months...it's a problem on their side.

Moderators, can you forward this to the appropriate Team at Airbnb to assist?
