***Performance Screen Disappearing?

Anyone else notice that when you click Insights to see the Performance Data, the screen appears for a second then disappears? Been happening the last 2 days? 🤔

Hmmm, that is odd @Joan2709. It would be interesting to know if this is an isolated issue. 

I'm sure you already have, but please try the usual troubleshooting steps. 

  • Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
  • Log in with email associated with your Airbnb account

If it does continue afterwards, do you think a screen recording would be possible?

I will try another browser and clear cache. If it persists, I will do a screen recording....

I cleared cache and tried a different browser, but it is still happening. @Andrea6232 reports the same thing.

Eeek @Joan2709 , that's not great - do you have a 'Google drive' or perhaps 'WeTransfer' that you can upload it to and share the link with me? (Sorry, I know it's not easy)

I am having the same issue. I get into the Insights page, it stays for a couple second and then 'flips' to the Today tab/page. It was working fine for me on Monday morning (11/3). I didn't try it on Tuesday, but when I did yesterday (11/5) that's when I noticed it glitching. Was hoping it would resolve overnight, but it is still isn't letting me stay on the Insights page.

@Joan2709 . Yes Joan, Insights doesnt show here either. I get the three dots then back to Today tab. Was working fine a few days ago (monday) as well.

Yes happening to me too and a French host has just posted with the same issue on the French CC.  Was working fine yesterday (my time)
