Hello my pictures keep uploading sideways. I want to know if anybody else has a picture and how I change it without deleting it

I have found an article that explains how to edit pictures for your listing. They mention the following:

• Double-check that your images are right-side up before you upload them. If an image is sideways or upside down, simply rotate it 90 degrees in either direction and you’ll get there eventually.

Same, sideways, and nothing I do changes this... frustrating

Have you tried emailing yourself the photo and then download the photo to a computer and then upload the photo to your profile from the computer?
