Pre existing air bnb home

Hello!  We are purchasing a home that is already on air bnb.  We want to keep it on air bnb.  Do we start new as the new owners or do we pick up where the previous owners left off?  Thank you for any input!

@Deidra18 According to the rules you must start afresh with a new listing. Trying to 'cheat' the system will cause issues at some point when you need proof of identity etc.

Hi @Deidra18 

Speak to the current owner they should have blocked off their calendar so they haven't accepted bookings from when you will take over the property.

you will need to set up your own listing to go live from when you are certain you will have the property .
