Has anyone else had their preparation time unblocked without your knowledge? Support insists that I did it, but there's no way! I have Preparation Time turned ON to block the day before and after each reservation. I have only ever unblocked dates that I manually blocked in the first place. Why would I set us up like that? We wound up with an Instant Book arrival on the same day as the previous guest's departure. The support agent kept focusing on explaining Instant Book, which had nothing to do with this incident, and it just served to irritate me because I know what the settings do!
