Price changing

Hello, My place is fairly new on airbnb and I am just now catching up with my bookings and reviews. I do believe my pricing is okay for now, the main price shown is not the actually nightly price, but once inputting dates it shows different dates which I plan to fix. Also, My place has changed so much and I've added many things which I plan to update the pictures very soon, but my question is as far as pricing are there certain months that most host decrease and/or increase their price. I want my prices to be price friendly, but also not sell myself short. Basically I just need some pricing advice and recommendations.

Thank you!

@Ashley1441 The best advice is to go to Airbnb as a guest, search for properties like yours in your area and then honestly compare what you offer to what they offer. For near term stays just beware that a lot od places will be booked so you may only be seeing the expensive places that are left.
