Price reduction

Someone wants to rent out condo and pay a set price of $2800 (including all costs). How do I handle that situation?

Your normal rate would be $5,995/month. Most Hosts give a 20% discount for monthly stays. That would bring it down to $4,795. Up to you, but I think $2,800 is waaaay to low. It also scares me that they think you would consider that. Usually bargain hunters make bad guests.

 

You can send the guest a special offer if you want to after agreeing on a price. The offer should include what you would charge for the month plus any cleaning fees or other fees. Airbnb will add the taxes and guest service fee to the amount you set:
