I have the price set to $200 weekdays and $225 on weekends. the price changed on the calendar to $100 today. Still shows that I have it set to $225... Can someone help me understand what is going on?
Hi @Kent325
Check all of your active discounts first. Sometimes multiple discounts can stack without you realizing it, such as new listing promotions, weekly or monthly discounts, early-bird discounts, last-minute discounts, custom promotions, or length-of-stay discounts.
You can click the date on the calendar @Kent325 and then click the price.
If there's a custom promotion it'll show that, and you won't be able to go further (but then you'll know the custom promotion is the reason). If there's no custom promotion you'll see a small clickable Guest Total at the top. When you click it, it gives you the price breakdown.
It sounds like a pricing rule or dynamic pricing setting may be overriding your base rates.
I'd recommend checking:
• Smart Pricing or Dynamic Pricing settings
• Custom pricing rules for specific dates
• Discounts (last-minute, weekly, monthly, or promotional)
• Rule sets applied to your calendar
If your base weekend rate is set to $225 but the calendar is showing $100, there's likely an automated pricing adjustment active somewhere in your pricing settings.
I'd be happy to take a look and help identify exactly what's causing it.
Have you checked whether Smart Pricing or a pricing rule was turned on? Sometimes custom promotions, rule sets, or connected pricing software can override your manual rates.
Did not find the cause but corrected the issue by doing a "Forced Sync" from Ownerez. All back to normal... For Now!
