If you want to offer rooms, you need to create a listing for each room.

Each room will have it's own pricing and booking calender.

Your current listing is not correct:

1 guest can book all 3 rooms for the price of 1 guest

Or

A group of upto 8  guests can book all 3 rooms for the price of 1 guest

At least you need to set the extra guest fee for the additional guests:

I suggest to make proper changes to the listing before publishing it.
