I want to offer for the month of December, January, February, March and April discounts for 2 listings:
So a discount for 1 week and a discount for 4 weeks. When I offer a discount for 1 week it will not let me then use the same week for the 4 week discount. So how do I get round this?
thank you
Janice

Hi @Janice608 .
You don't have to mark selected dates in your calendar to set discounts. You can do this by adding further discounts to each offer's calendar. On the right side you have a menu: weekly discount, monthly discount, more discounts (there you can set the discount for 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 5 weeks). This action requires that your calendar is blocked from May if no discounts apply from May. Or apply a price increase of the same percentage from May and leave the discounts.

Hi Marcin
i just read your answer and this is something I’m trying to find out myself. To put a higher price for next summer. We started to rent out our guest house last summer and when low season started we lowered the price. But the we had to block next high season so no one can book for the lower price. As 2025 is coming closer I would like potential guests to see our house when they start searching and maybe even start booking. How do I do that? I and find how do have a higher price for big season and a lower for low season?
thanks! Malin

Hello @Malin128
I'm glad you're interested in this old topic. Maybe it's better to start a new thread, as Emilie suggests. I now use almost exclusively a rule set to control prices. This tool is available to professional hosts who have multiple listings. In rule sets, you can specify a % increase or decrease in prices for a given period (marked) in the calendar. You can also use the option to specify the length of the reservation. It looks like this: +10% & minimum 5-day stay, or -25% & minimum 2-day stay. You can use this for each day separately, or you can select entire periods and apply such a rule set to them.
Good luck
