I am new to airbnb as a host.

I would like know, how we can set the pricing per guest. 

How to set minimum price.

Hello @Sandeep109 ,  you can set your minimum price per night for one guest following instruction: 

1. Click Calendar and select the listing calendar 
2. Click Pricing, then click Per night price 
3. Enter your nightly price for 1 guest and click Save

After that add an extra guest fee for the each guest after 1: 

1. Click Calendar and select the listing calendar you want to change
2. Click Pricing
3. Under Additional charges, click Fees
4. Click Extra guest fee and make your changes
5. Click Save

This is helpful.

However How do I set the minimum base price, meaning I would like to have minimum 4 guests. 

So base price for say N guests and then incremental price per guest.
