Hello, 

New host here, I need to know if my pricing is okay. Are my discounts too high compared to my pricing? I tried to set a baseline compared to other listings in the area and I have a tenant whose current stay is a week and  he would like to extend his stay longer term ( 28 days or more). I could use your help?
