Private listing - invite only

Hello, new host here! I want to know if it's possible to publish our listing but have it invisible in search? I only want to send the listing page to select individuals to book, not to the public. Thanks kindly!

@Jennifer3887 no you cannot do this. Also why would you want to? Between guest and host fees it will just make the booking 20% more expensive than it needs to be if you just rented direct.

Why would you want to . Just set up a direct booking page in FB or a website @Jennifer3887

@Jennifer3887 Make a listing and turn off instant book.
Make it clear in your description: reference only or whatever
Make it clear in your house rules: required to present yourself and sign rental contract before booking accepted
Respond quickly to every inquiry re-stating your house rules.

are you a property manager?  any pms software enables host rental contract signature, look into it with your softwqre provider.
