I have been a member Host since 2011 by airbnb

But right now I am being considered like a new membet

I have in London in 2016 and I use Airbnb to stay there for a coyple of days

In 2022 after the Covid I had a small break stop by renting my place

An as I wanted to rent my flat in 2024, all my profile and my place were erase from Airbnb

and now I am being considered as a new Host and I an having many problems

Airbnb is creating some caos with some rulers that did not exist before

I have bein in Berlin in 2 flats with airbnb but I did have many problems using my phone trying to reach my host in Germany

Because I make my booking with my Laptop, which I did not take it to Berlin so I have to use my phone and it was really a problem

Do any one can explain me what is going on?
