Professional Photography in Charlotte

We are trying to get into hosting. We are looking to have a professional Photographer take pictures of our place. Question is 1. Is it a good idea to have pictures taken professionally? 2. Do you know someone in charlotte, NC area who is good at it?

I would 100% recommend doing whatever is within your means to get the best photos of your space. Good photos are easily the #1 thing to make or break a good listing and to attract the most bookings.

I might suggest taking some yourself to initially get started. That way you can learn what you need and get started hosting faster while you book a pro photographer / see if you need one to boost your listing! A nice camera or even getting crafty with a cell phone after following some tutorials works for most hots. But I'm sure any money invested in a professional photographer would repay itself!

We just started hosting on airbnb and I think the pictures, definitely make a difference. Look up @rodartescorner.media on instagram and he takes great airbnb pictures!
