Property suspended for listing appears to be a duplicate of another listing.

Hello. I am hoping someone can provide some insight on my situation if anyone has experienced this before. My husband and I recently purchased a property in Costa Rica in January. We have been very successful  with our bookings and have only received 5 star reviews since be bought it. I received a notification from airbnb that this listing will be suspended with a note. "Your listing appears to be a duplicate of another listing with recent issues and warnings, which goes against our Circumvention Policy" I sent a copy of the deed and after review, my case was closed and my appeal was denied. I reached back out to airbnb for the details of the violations to better understand what they were so I can provide the proper evidence the violations have been remedied since our purchase. I was not provided with the details initially,  but said I could appeal again even though my notification said I could not reappeal. I sent a copy of the registry that my closing attorney provided me along with random photos of updates & extermination just in case there were some violations there. My appeal was denied again and my case was closed. I contacted support this morning and was told that I could not appeal again and I can no longer host this property on airbnb. I reached out to the previous owner who had this property listed on airbnb when we purchased it, and he said he had cancelled 3 reservations due to the closing of the property but was unaware of the violations at the time. He said he later received an email regarding his cancellations and his superhost status was removed; however, he had no idea it would follow this listing, especially  since I listed it under my account. He said he is willing to help in any way; however, it sounded like I had no other avenues regardless since I had already appealed it twice. Then, another support specialist called me (first time I have been contacted over the phone after several attempts requesting the specialty team call me so we can clear up any issues or misunderstandings). He kindly offered to look into this further to bring the issue back on the table. After looking into it, he advised me to reply to the last email from the specialized team with a signed copy of the deed, noting the first one I sent wasn't signed. So I am going to do that today, but I have messaged this team back on the first & second appeal with questions and pretty much begging to come to a resolution, but have yet to receive a response from either person I worked with. It has been two weeks since my listing was suspended and I am not confident  at this time I will get a response from this email support that I am messaging. Also, I was told I no longer I do not have an open case. Has anyone experienced this, and if so, how did it turn out? And do you have any advise for me? At this time, I can no longer accept bookings. Thank you in advance!

Wow! That's pretty insane that they are doing that to you as a punishment!!! Regardless if the past owner had 100 bad reviews THATS A SEPERATE AND DIFFERENT ACCOUNT so why should you be punished???   It's crazy because there is a host here in Seattle with HORRENDOUS reviews, 100s of them, and anytime his ratings drops below 2or 3 stars,he just makes a new listing with the same exact slum of a place, and does this over and over.  Sometimes he even has other people list his units. He uses the same exact pictures, doesnt  change or fix anything and once those newly created fraudulent listings get enough bad reviews, he repeats the process!! The ONLY good reviews on his listings is his personal friends, who actually are partial owners of the houses as well, they actually never stay at the house, they just book it for a night to raise the rating of the listings.. He will actually have  multiple listings on the same filthy room that he gets double bookings and people write in the reviews about " showed up to a filthy house and some man was laying in our bed up on arrival!".... Guests have written in reviews that there were bugs, filthy, bloody sheets, blood on the sink or toilet, non working toilets, no toilet paper, drugs being smoked on site, car parts taken apart and strung out through the living rooms, rotten piles of garbage overflowing the trash cans,  filthy carpets and floors, no towels, a bar of soap to use between multiple guests, etc etc.... and I have been Telling AIRBNB WHAT HE IS DOING WITH PROOF (a long with all of the reviews being written) since October 2021 and they do NOTHING ABOUT IT!! I am not a former guest of his, I know what he's doing because I used to actually run all of his Airbnbs.  I quit because during covid he kicked out all of the tenants of his houses just for the sole purpose of turning them into Airbnbs, he never paid me for maintaining and cleaning all of his properties and also he received 32,000$ in fraudulent rental assistance during covid using my information!!

I hope you get some sort of resolution, or if you have the means to pursue legal action, I hope that you do!  That's the only thing that they will listen to.  Unfortunately I can not afford to hire an attorney, so this person will never be held accountable... Instead he continues to be as fraudulent as he wants with zero repercussions.... (He's also a Face. Book and Microsoft programmer) he knows exactly what he's doing and they allow it to the fullest...

P.s. when I tell you the reviews are the worst I have ever read or seen on any account,  I am not exaggerating in the slightest.  Currently his properties all just were relisted by his tenant turned girlfriend ( OH, they also started a website MENTORING people who want to be super hosts!). 😂🤣.  You couldn't dream of a bigger fraud!!!

I hope you can make a difference and demand changes in the current policies, because I have been trying to get them to listen since October 2021, they just don't care.  😞.
