All payments by the guest are done through the Airbnb site.

You get paid (into the bank account that you have nominated) the day after the second nights stay (for short term stays).

If you are referring to some other payment eg damage etc... ask specifically.

Thank you @Graham490  for your prompt reply since I am new to Airbnb still many questions need to know such as how much commission and fees  is taken and is they not show the local tax to pay extra such other Brookers this information is important to be able to calculate mi price regards

Hi @Akram72 

One way to see the rate that a guest will pay is to go to your site in Private Browser mode. This then does not associate you with your listing and will show you the customer rate.

Be aware, you set your nightly rate. Airbnb service fees, taxes etc go on top of that rate.
