Question for availability.

Hello my name is Francisco, I recently started hosting on Airbnb about a month ago. I have a question. How long do you have the availability for? What is the correct amount if days that someone can book? I don't know what is the correct amount of days. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it so much.

Ah,, good questions. The correct amount of days for a reservation are whatever you decide, taking into consideration any legal restrictions on your business license and local ordinance. Do make sure to know if any regulations grant tenancy/tenants rights to a certain length of stay.

Congratulations!

There is no "correct" days you set it because each Host each listing is different.

Calendar days available.  The Host has to considered if avenible and also typical booking lead time. You can change whenever you want, so if availability changes then you change it.

Minimum days again what is the typical rental period of a potential guest.  The Airbnb Search if you don't set days I think defaults to 30 days.

I meant if a Guest is searching your location area but doesn't specify to Airbnb Search how many days Airbnb Search defaults to 30 days not 1 day.

If you are asking about availability for your reservations, or available to rent days - the app does this for you, unless you block out certain days.  Hopefully, this makes sense.  Best of luck 🙂
