Quick Replies - using for multiple listings

Hi everyone!

Are the list of quick replies that we create able to be used across multiple listings?  or do you have a separate list inside each listing?

Thanks for help.

Hello @Mary1142, I am reaching out to both @Joan2709  and @Joelle43 to inquire if they have any insights on how to use quick replies across multiple listings.

All the best,

@Paula, you are in luck on that one.  Your quick replies seem to align to the user.  So I have a list of 20 quick replies all in one place and I select based on the property.

Hi @Mary1142

As noted, the Scheduled Messages & Quick Replies are attached to a specific profile/logon (not to an individual listing). It does create a bit of an issue if you have a Co-Host assisting you (even with full access), as the Co-Host would need to setup their own Quick Replies under their logon/profile to use (they can't access the ones the Host/Owner has created). Generally the Scheduled Messages are not an issue as there are usually only 3 (Check-in, Howya Doin, Check-out) and once they are created they rarely get edited. If Scheduled Messages need to be edited, the Owner would need to do that (some Owners allow a Co-Host to logon under their profile to do this if their Co-Host is someone they trust to have their password/logon (family member/spouse, friend).

With multiple properties, we have added a short name then the type of message to distinguish which messages applies to which property. Be aware not all of the short name appears on a phone (easier on a laptop). For example:

Scheduled Messages:

"Apt A - Check-in"

"Home - Check-in"

"Apt A - Howya Doin'?"
"Home - Howya Doin?"

Quick Replies:

"Apt A - Welcome When Booked"

"Home - Welcome When Booked"

"Apt A - Hiking/Biking"

"Home - Hiking/Biking"

"Apt A - Restaurants"

"Home - Restaurants"
