Quiet Hours

In the House Rules section of the Listing Description, under Quiet Hours, you can check No or Yes, followed by two boxes where you enter start and end times.  However, these boxes are labeled "CHECK IN start time" and "CHECK IN end time." Surely these boxes should say "QUIET HOURS Start and End Time".  I don't want my guests to read that my check-in times are from 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., which are my quiet hours!

Go to your House Rules section in the app this is where you can clearly set and manage your quiet hours. You’ll be able to specify the exact time range

😆 @Laura2068 mine also say "check in" and "check out" in the app, I just never noticed before!

But my actual times are correct, so you can go ahead. It seems to be just the wording that's wrong.

Yes @Lorna170 - my settings are showing exactly that - arrival and departure time instead of start and finish times like before😱  What is going on with the Airbnb settings at the moment?

Nope, just took SS today. No issues on my end using the app. Still accurate on mine @Joelle43

It makes it hard to know how to assist - I wonder how Support navigates all the different displays?

OK I'm on Android, but I'm not sure if @Laura2068 @Lorna170 @Joelle43 are all using Android ...

At least it seems to be just the wording that's wrong (so hopefully quick for Airbnb to fix!)

Either way, I have let the teams know on my end as well and will let you know if we need more information or have news. 🙂

I'm on a Mac and the information is incorrect on the laptop just like it is on my iPhone.  Airbnb get 10 out of 10 for consistency at least🤣
