It's not clear from your post are you looking for advice to market your short term rental @Zena162 

are you looking for an experienced cohost to help you. If so you can use the Airbnb cohost database .

@Helen3 Thank you for your response so let me be clear I'm not sure whether or not I'm looking for a cohost I just like to meet someone, who doesn't mind sharing ideas of co-hosting,  I would like to chat with you concerning marketing and the best websites to place my short term rental on, I would also like to chat with a pre co host about the ins and out of co hosting. if possibles.

@Helen3 One of my biggest questions are host damaging the property and stealing what idea do you have on these two concern.
