Reactivating my listing

Hi 

I was a v successful host in Edinburgh and then needed to deactivate my listing due to my circumstances changing - I now want to reactivate it and am finding the App and UK support telephone number useless.App says to do this I must call, 

when I call I am AI managed to call 0- no one answers.

Always found Airbnb v helpful so this is v disappointing .Can anyone help me here
