Hi I’m hoping someone can help! I have accidentally deleted the wrong listing. I had a duplicate listing that I went to delete, but for some reason there must have been a glitch as it showed me the wrong photos so I deleted the listing that has all my reviews in, and I really want it back as it has all 5* reviews, and I use it to showcase for co-hosting too. I would appreciate any help 🙏

Thank you, I have managed to do this with Airbnb. I had to find previous url for them to retrieve it, if anyone needs to do this in future!
If you clicked "permanently delete", then you will have to contact Airbnb for help. I don't think there is anything you can do from the Host side? I usally recommend Hosts only choose "unlist" as they will still have access to financial data. This also allows you to relist as needed.

Thanks for letting us know that! Good to keep in mind for future reference!
Hey, what exactly was your verbiage. I accidentally deleted my listing as well. Trying to update the licensing at first it wasn’t working. So I decided to create a whole new listing but then one of them started working. So I’m trying to see if I can get the other two back. But I’m not sure they understand what I mean.
Hey @Siren18,
I was in the process of updating my license to the correct one for Pennsylvania, which now requires a Limited Lodging License. However, after entering the new license, my listing was still only allowing 31-night stays. When I called support to fix it, the ambassador couldn’t provide any answers and suggested I create a whole new listing.
I ended up deleting my first two listings and started working on a new one, but because my listings are so intricate, it took a while. I fell asleep before I could finish setting it up. To my surprise, when I woke up, the listing I hadn’t deleted yet had automatically updated and was now allowing short-term stays again.
Turns out, I just needed to wait for the system to update. I was able to call support, recover my deleted listings using their URLs, and re-enter my license. Now, everything is set up properly, and I can officially accept short-term rentals again!
Hey, I managed to get it back using my laptop. I opened up the listing in my history browser, and then let Airbnb know the URL so they could somehow republish it using that! Hope this helps and works for you too!
Hey, I’m coming back to confirm that it worked for me as well. At first, they were not understanding what I was mentioning. I even sent one of the ambassadors a screenshot of what you wrote here. However, after I got forwarded to a manager, I woke up to a call this morning And he was able to bring my listing back using the URLS .
Amazing! Happy to hear it worked for you too 🙌
Thank you for sharing.
