Registering in Berlin

Hallo Everyone,

I have been off airbnb for a while and know that rules have changed and I am a but lost and confused. 

I want to be able to rent a room in my apartment and sometimes my whole apartment. This is only to help me with rent. My landlady is ok with it, I have my contract and anmeldung as well as a document with her authorization. But I am not sure where to go to register and what categories I fall to (holiday or short term). I don’t understand where I need to go and how to fill in the paper work. I would appreciate any help from anyone who has gone through this process. Thank yooou! I am sorry my german is not good enough for this.

HEY, DID YOU SOLVE IT? I have the same issue, the form is done, I dont know if I need an appointment at the wohnung amt and what is the name of the appointment I should search.
