Hi all! I'm offering co-hosting support for hosts managing everything solo. I am a property manager and have been managing residential properties for 4 years across various states. Handling listings of properties for both long-, mid- and short-term rentals across various platforms From Application to Move-in. 

Here's what I can take care of:

• Responding to inquiries quickly (keeping your response rate/time where it needs to be)
• Vetting and screening guest requests
• Handling guest questions, concerns, and complaints before, during, and after check-in
• Rewriting/optimizing your listing description to help with visibility and bookings
• If you're looking to expand to other platforms (Vrbo, Booking. com, etc.), I can help set that up and manage it from start to finish

Just a quick heads-up that advertising isn’t allowed in this forum, in line with the Community Center guidelines. The best place to promote co-hosting services is the official Airbnb Co-Hosting Network, where you can create a profile once you’ve gained some experience as an Airbnb host.
