Nope, removing listing from Earnings Report editor.
I successfully removed four (4) listing from my listing, but they all still show up in the Earnings Report editor that I have to use every quarter. IT'S VERY ANNOYING.
Also, I know we can create custom reports, but why in the hell aren't there already predefined "Quarterly" reports?
Hi @Michael766 , I noticed your post and seems like you were meaning to reply to a specific post.
Can you confirm if it was this particular post and were looking to chat with host Joan here 👉An inactive listing shows up on my reports? 👈 Or were you looking to discuss this with other hosts?
Thanks in advance for letting us know!
Regards,
With anyone who can help to resolve the annoying issue.
Ah, no problem @Michael766 ! Thanks for letting me know.
I will tag a few hosts , who discussed this topic some time ago, if they have any latest insights.
Hi everyone, @Sarah6108 @Joan2709 @Marie8425 @Dave-and-Deb0 , could you help @Michael766 with this question related to earnings report? Thank you in advance!
Regards,
I thought I deleted them, as they are not in my list of Listings, but they appear with no data in the Earnings Report section.
How would I be able to "Permanently Delete" then when they are not in the Listings list?
Might want to contact Airbnb on that one....
Depends on when you deleted them permanently I would think 🤔. They may remain until the end of the calendar year? Only Airbnb can answer that.
Unlist or Remove Your Home Listing

@Joan2709 I spoke with them and we're ****** out of luck, as they have ignored the issue and so the old Listings will remain in the Earnings Report section until they fix it.
Yes...I would guess it is not a high priority for them, as the Host can simply filter out the listings they don't want to appear when creating a custom report.
By saying you "successfully removed" listings, did you delete them permanently?
If not, they will still appear in the earnings report as listings attached to your profile until you do I believe. You would need to remove them from the list of properties before creating your custom reports using the filter option.
I do suggest if any of my Host clients plan on permanently deleting a listing, they FIRST print out all the earnings information for tax purposes. Othewise, once you permanently delete the listing, you will not have access to that information. For that reason, I suggest they just temporarily hide the listings until their taxes have been filed for the next tax year.
I have the same issue, it is very annoying. Even listings I have "permanently" deleted, still show up in earnings report lists. It is a VERY LONG list of former Airbnbs, so I have to click "more" at the bottom to get to the listings I want. Plus, they don't show up in the same order on each of the financial reports, so I have to remember the title of the correct listing to find it. Very inefficient.
Are you able to use the Filter options to filter out the deleted listings?
