Renting Boat and/or RV storage space

We just purchased a mobile home with almost 4 acres in Homassasa FL.  I am asking if rental of RV/Boat storage space is allowed on AirBnB as we have 3 sloths with electric and water for storage on the property and I would like to rent them on here.  But I am only finding RV and boat rentals for people to stay in while I want to rent for storage when someone’s boat and/or RV needs storing somewhere as I understand this is of value in our area.  Can anyone help?
