If I rent out one room on AirBNB but then create another listing on AirBNB to rent out another bedroom in the same house.
Do I have to let the guests know they are staying in a house with another AirBNB guest?
I usually stay in the house when I have a guest but at the moment I am not living in the house and need to maximise my revenue.
I already state the bathroom is shared.
