Hello @Hongmin2 ,

Hi! I’m sorry you’re experiencing this - it’s very stressful when bookings suddenly stop, even after lowering the price.

If you'd like, I can take a look at your listing and help you identify what might be affecting visibility and bookings.

I specialise in helping new hosts improve their photos, title, description and pricing strategy - these usually make a big difference in search performance.

If you share your listing link here, I’m happy to review it and give you some clear suggestions 😊

hi from New Zealand - I would pick three similar sized places near your location. Study them in detail pictures wording and price. If close by go walk along the area see what is attractive then set about restructuring your listing.Align it with them get fabulous photos the. Review your pricing UP to what they are charging.  Lowering prices is frought with problems particularly if you go to low. Potential guests get concerned that it might not be good quality. Things like excellent beds and bed linen great reviews things to do near by being able to walk everywhere or if outside the centre other interesting things like museums and restaurants and experiences. Prague is such a wonderful city with its music and evening life in the city centre.

Looking at your profile and your responses to guest reviews, I'd recommend a more professional approach. There's all too much text and emoji's (it scares me off to book, sorry).

谢谢您的建议 ,  以后就选择:

简洁明了 , 惜字如金嘛!

Being concise and to the point – every word counts!

Hi @Hongmin2

You’re doing great by taking all the feedback positively 😊

I agree with keeping things short and simple - that helps guests focus on the most important details. Along with that, a few other quick updates can also help bring more visibility to your listings:

Refresh your photos - use bright daylight and make sure your first image feels spacious and inviting.

Check your titles - include one strong benefit (for example, “Cozy studio near Prague Old Town – fast Wi-Fi”).

Update something weekly - even small edits like rearranging photos or adding a sentence keeps your listing active in Airbnb’s system.

You’ve already got lovely reviews, with a few small tweaks, you’ll likely see more inquiries soon! 🌟

谢谢您的上述好建议啦!

我一定会去做间隙性更新照片或文字说明内容的 , 谢谢!💕

Hi @Hongmin2 , I noticed that you have 3 listings. Is there a particular listing that is not receiving much bookings?

是的 ,  在周五、周六、周日会多一些 ,  但是 ,  在工作日期间 , 就太少的预订确认单啦!

Yes, there are more on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but very few booking confirmations during weekdays!

Hi @Hongmin2 👋

That’s completely normal in many cities, bookings are much stronger on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, while weekdays stay quieter, especially outside of summer or major event periods.

A few small adjustments can help improve weekday demand:

Set a slightly lower price for Monday–Thursday even a small difference can make your listing appear higher in search for quieter days.

Mention nearby transport clearly (like Prosek metro station on the C line). Weekday travellers often look for fast, easy access to the city centre.

Add one photo or short description about the neighbourhood — guests booking on weekdays often care more about convenience than weekend tourists.

Update your listing once a week (title, photo order or description). This helps with search visibility in slower periods.

It’s great that you already get more bookings on weekends with a few small weekday adjustments, you should start seeing more consistent results. 😊

谢谢您的上述建议 ,  我一定会努力去做实践和测试的 -----  💕
