Hi,
Our rooms are mostly for 2 or 3 pax and we have listed 10 rooms (max 20-25pax), but we notice when we type for 3 pax onwards our rooms did not display in the system.
Examples: 6 pax they need 3 or 2 rooms, system does not display all our rooms.
Please advise how can we solve this issue.

Hello @Neoman0
The fact that there is a maximum capacity of two or three guests per listing means that if someone puts in a search for just 1 room, they will be shown listings offering 1 room. However, if guests make a search for several rooms for a larger group by selecting the number in the search field then there is a chance that some of your other listings will show up.
If a guest puts 6 people in a search without specifying that they are looking for 2/3 rooms, they will be shown bigger places that will accommodate a larger group under one roof.
There are 1000's of listings for your area and competition is no doubt fierce and the algorithm will select the ones that offer a good price, have good reviews and other factors listed below that will influence whether our listing(s) are selected by the algorithm
I had a look at the rooms you provide and there are only 3 or 4 amenities showing (way too low) so this is going to adversely affect your search results as the algorithm is programmed to show listings that have a great set of amenities for guests. I am sure that there are many, many more that you provide so I would suggest that you go back into each listing and review the long list of amenities to choose from.
Your response rate of 25% and the fact that guests need to wait several days for a reply will also affect your ranking. We need to aim for a 100% response rate and a reply within an hour in order for guests to feel confident that they are dealing with a great host and to be chosen by the Airbnb algorithm
I hope this helps
All the best

If you want your rooms to show up when guests search for 6 guests, you'll have to create a "Parent" listing consisting of a package of 2 -3 rooms and show the maximum guests as 6 for the larger listing. Be sure to link the listings properly to prevent double bookings and remember that only reservations will block the parent listing and the individual room listings you have linked.
To block dates for personal use or maintenance, you'll have to manually block all the calendars.
