SINGLE OR SPLIT FEES

Airbnb recently asked me through a pop up to give permission to adjust pricing in rder to move to the single fee model which i gave. However this has big impact in my taxation. The question is, do i have a choice to switch back to the split fee model or not? If so, how should i do it?

There is no going back I'm afraid Anna once you have gone over to the single fee model.  The split fee option will be removed as of 13th October for the EEC and for all the other countries in the world, the time limit to transition was the 13th September.

Hosts from certain countries like France, Italy and seemingly Greece are hard hit by this new move as the increase in service fee pushes up (artificially) their gross income and forces them into a new tax/fiscal bracket.
