SMART PRICING

Hi,

 

I am experimenting with Smart Pricing and wanted to hear peoples opinions. I have set my lower limit to something I find acceptable but I am wondering if this allows for the fact that our seasons are the reverse of the Northern Hemisphere in which Airbnb is based? -

@Martin5134 I would hope smart pricing recognises seasonality but I am not convinced they even get it right in the Northern Hemisphere. Until they introduce min/max pricing that the host can vary by seasons I really wouldn't trust this product.

Don't count on smart pricing to maximize your profits, especially during high seasons. It will basically stick to the base price you set as a minimum and sometimes will tweak a bit higher, but not more than that.
