STRA Number not being recognised.

Hi, 

 

We are ready to publish our listing and have registered for our STRA Registration number and received a PID Property ID number.  I've tried to enter it into Airbnb but it is not being recognised and it's blocking us from listing our property. We are eating to rent our property out ASAP. Please help?
