Seasonal Rental help please!

Hi everyone we have a 10 rental property with 3 bedroom cottage & (4) 2 bdr & 1 bdr apartments. We are trying to rent seasonal this year because of my health issues. I've haven't gotten much ppl requesting rentals or even views. I log out to look for any of tge units and can't find them?! Yet it says listed. Does anyone successfully rented apts seasonally? Any information would be helpful.. we are a family place,  clean, great location 1 blk from boardwalk with reasonable rates. Yet I don't know what to do to get more views and/or interest? Thank you so much

When you say seasonally, do you mean for 30+ nights or more?

If so, Airbnb is really not suited for that and have very few protections for Hosts. They don't provide rental agreements, background checks or security deposits. Also, lots of scams on monthly stays and you only get paid incrementally per month. 

Furnished Finder might be a better option for longer stays or even Zillow furnished rentals.
