I was looking at our most recent booking reservations and it looks as if I am paying all of the service fees where as before the guest would pay a percentage and then I would pay a percentage. Is there a reason this changed and is there a way to change that back to how it was previously?

Hello @Collin148
Yes Airbnb made a recent change to the way service fees are handled. If you use a Channel Manager, then you will automatically be charged the new fee of 15.5%. It was 15% before.
Hosts who don't use a CM, can still be with the split fee.
Does this apply to your situation Collin?

I do not understand. I used to see the breakdown of what my guests pay, which I used to fill out and send a short term rental agreement that broke down their costs. Now it only shows my earnings. Also, I set up my taxes to charge the 16% that my town charges, only my town charges it on the rent AND the cleaning fee. I am so confused. Why cant they leave good enough alone instead of constantly change. Very frustrating
