Seeking Land or RV Park Partnership for AirBnB

I’m looking for a suitable location within a couple of hours of Los Angeles to park and rent out my 2018 Winnebago 2106FBS on Airbnb. Ideally, I’d like to partner with a landowner or RV park that has the necessary infrastructure (water, electricity, and septic) and is open to a short-term rental setup.

I’m open to different partnership structures, whether it’s a revenue-sharing model, monthly lease, or another arrangement that works for both of us.
