Setting up the calendar and instant booking

Hello, I am setting up my AirBnB site - hope to be active soon. It appears though that I can only enter basic settings information before I am required to 'publish' my site - I then have 24 hours to scramble to set up my calendar, add additional amenities, etc. before the site goes active to the public. Is this correct? I also do not seem to be able to deactivate the 'instant booking' option. (?) Any help/advice appreciated.

if you set the option "availability window" temporary to "dates not available by default", nobody can book your listing when published.

Take your time setting up your listing and review all settings very carefully, I would go so far as to say twice for accuracy. 

Hopefully, your have already looked at your commercial insurance coverage, except for home sharing. Talk to your broker   As well, hopefully you have also reviewed your local bylaws.😉
