Showcasing privacy

Hello everyone! This is my first post so I do hope I am doing everything fine! 

My accommodation is in a very touristy area where its hard to find privacy in a hotel but my listing has 1. Privacy and 2. a huge garden . My question is: how do I show that it has privacy?

Hello @Elisabeth1341 and welcome to the community center,

What a lovely property😍

I would change the title for your listing and make it more dreamy for the guests and allude to the fact that the house is private and set away from the masses.  

I would also mention that the house provides privacy and  has a beautiful garden  in my description!

And for those guests who don't like to read, we can add text under each photo so I would definitely say that the garden and roof top provide privacy here as well.

Make sure your top 5 photos highlight the best features of your place and if the garden is fenced, then add this info too and size matters, so say how big the garden is and rooftop etc.

Reading your excellent reviews I notice they highlight different reason your rental is amazing.  Happy guests, you want more like them.  Read what your Guests brag about and highlight those areas.
