I have a Master bedroom for long-term new tenant.
In Fair Oaks with very safe off-road parking.
It's been a bit slow since before Christmas, now mid February, and I am still hoping.
I dont take guests with pets.
Does anyone have any suggestions ?

I see two listings on your profile - are they both for the same room, or do you have two rooms? From what I've seen in the Community Center, duplicate listings can cause significant problems.

Keep working on your listing, add a discount every week, for long stays, or a specific period. Add a picture, change or add a description. I usually get at least one booking within a day or two when I add a special. It really works for me.
Pet-friendly is a huge market opportunity. However, I don't accommodate pets at all my listings, simply because the garden is not suitable for pets at the one listing. My experience with being pet-friendly has been 98% positive. Hope this helps! Good luck!
