So frustrated!!!

I need help please.  New customer and just listed our beachfront condo.  I have been calling Airbnb for the past month to update listing because Airbnb has my property 5 min walk to the beach when my condo sits ON the beach.  They have asked me to change categories, and move pin to sand.  

they call me at 10pm or 4am and when I don’t answer they close the case. 

please help me.  Desperate to fix this as my listing description which I wrote is beachfront but Airbnb has it 5 min walk.

One thing I would do is add information to your Neighborhood description - add the name of the actual beach in front of the condo.

 

Also, you might want to update your amenities list. Right now Airbnb is saying you don't have essentials like TP, towels, sheets?
