Can someone share What is a standard checkout list? 
How much cleaning should you expect from a guest?

Hi @Troy389 We have a simple check out instructions. 

- Lock the door when you leave

- Send us a message that you’ve checked out

- Have a safe trip home!

I personally find that the simpler the checkout process, the happier guests are.

Yes. Absolutely.

I'd only add that some guests assume they need to do things like wash the towels and even bedding. Or are just trying to help out. 

In our case, this is all handed by professional laundering and there's no need. Not to mention sometimes guests will (mistakenly ?) bleach or wash

coloured towels with white items and that ruins them. Or they make other mistakes. 

So, that's my primary checkout rule: Please don't wash the towels and bedding. It is all professionally laundered. 

And if you need fresh linens or towels during your stay, just tell us and we'll bring them to you shortly.
