Im seriously interested in becoming an Airbnb host and finally in the position after years of saving to do so. Can someone please provide insight for properties that allow rental arbitrage? Any information is helpful. Thanks in advice.

@DiJon2 I would be very surprised if many landlords would allow a short term rental arbitrage. The risks they would face massively outweigh the benefits to them.

Perhaps try to find a partnership model whereby you would be more like a co-host to several landlords. A local Facebook group would find you contacts in your area.
