This listing has multiple good reviews and I’ve been in contact with the host, though I believe some of the photos might be fake and the internet shows different info.

Are you asking as a guest if this listing is a fake?  Why do you believe that the photos are not legitimate if the host has good reviews.  What does the host say in your communication with them?  Have you used Google Lens?

I am asking if it is fake. Everything checks out for me (legit reviews, contact with the host is good, they are not asking for more money for anything.. they do have one optional add on for more houses and servers)  but husband is bit doubtful. There are two photos that are from other websites that I found using google lens.

The link has been removed by the moderators so can't check but if your communication is good with the host then that is usually a very positive sign.  This works both ways for us hosts too😉

It may be that this host is listed on other platforms so the photos may differ slightly, pricing too but this is not something to worry about.   If you see a Super Host badge or a Guest favorite badge then these are two reliable awards that indicate that this host can be trusted to deliver.  If the hosts name is Sandra and I'm looking at the correct listing, (16+ guests) then you have nothing to worry about, its in the 1% Guest Favorite ranking❤️ not many make that score I can tell you!
