Hey community members, I’m a new host in Airbnb and I got my super host status in the last assessment. I’ve tried to provide the best possible experience for my guests. I’ve also taken some of their feedbacks into consideration about some basic requests that kept coming up. I have however tried to retain a good average rating, but my basement unit (I have a main floor as well) have been getting some less than 5 star ratings. I feel that I’ve provided the size of the basement as well as been very accurate about how it looks as well.Although I’ve sound proofed,The noise travelling between the main floor and the basement was something that wasn’t entirely fixable as most houses in Canada have that problem.
I’d love to hear from experienced hosts on what I can improve/provide most accurate descriptions on?
Also, I’m losing my super host title this assignment due to the few lower ratings.
