Superhost status does not appear on listing

Hello All,

I had a Guest Favourite badge . Then I have got a Super host badge. But it does not show on my Listing when Guest search output is generated. Though I can see the Superhost tag once I goto my profile. the Airbnb support team said that they have no control on it nor any setting where Host can resolve this issue. Anybody here has faced similar issue and knows the resolution ?

Hi @Pravash0 

A listing can only show one of the two, not both.

Guest Favourite is stronger than Superhost (because it's about the listing, not the host), so while it's a guest favourite that's what it shows. If it temporarily drifts out of guest favourite, it will show Superhost.

Hi @Pravash0  I can see you are a Superhost and Guest Fave listing. 

 

Many hosts find the badge does show for some users but not others.

Just to clarify my comment above @Pravash0 , I was referring to how the listing displays in Airbnb search results - it can show only one of the two. @Patricia2526 is correct in adding that once a guest clicks through to the listing page, they'll be able to see both.
