Superhost status

I have had my home on Airbnb since 2021 and made superhost every year until I sold it in October of 2024. I kept my site active so my buyer who was my friend be able to keep it rented until he got traction on his site. I got the house back and he had a good amount of bookings on his site this last year and this year and I’m not a superhost anymore. I read your criteria that if you’ve had 100 nights total you qualify. I know I’ve had at least that many on my site since I started in 2021. Could you please look at my past criteria and let me know. I have all 5 star reviews.

I noticed there are two listings in your profile, which seem to be about the same house.

On one listing you are the host and John is the co-host.

On the other listing John is the (super)host and you are the co-host

it is strange same house could be listed under different accounts, as Airbnb usually will not allow this and will alert it as a "duplicate listing".

Maybe remove the "duplicate" listing and continue with the one under your account.

And gain back Superhost status when things go well.
