Superhost with 13 Listings - All Paused Since January with No Communication

Hi everyone,

I’ve been a proud Superhost for years and have personally managed and listed 13 of my own properties. Hosting has been a true passion of mine, and I’ve always prioritized guest experience,  maintaining a very high rating and consistently meeting Airbnb’s standards.

On January 19th, all of my listings were suddenly paused. It’s now been two months, and I haven’t received any clear answers or resolution. I’ve called, emailed, and followed up countless times,  each time I’m told the case will be escalated, only for it to be closed without any real update or explanation.

I’m not sure what the issue is, and at this point I feel completely in the dark. I’m posting here in hopes that someone from Airbnb can help look into this and provide some kind of clarity.

This platform has meant so much to me, and I’ve poured everything into it. I’d love to get back to doing what I love and hosting again.

Thank you in advance to anyone who can help or point me in the right direction.

Cheers,

 Larissa

Sorry this is happening...

Usually Airbnb gives you an idea of some sort as to what the issue is/was? If it was related to a guest complaint of some kind (safety, discrimination) etc., they usually mention it in general terms at least.

If it is related to local regulations of some sort that you have not met, they usually just block the calendars. We can't tell where your listings are since they are suspended. If it was a case of suspected fraud, illegal activity, bait and switch, or violation of their terms of service, they may not provide any information to you while they investigate.

Do let us know how it goes...
