Suspension
Hello,
I am a bit confused on Airbnb's process with appeals.
I was notified that my listing was being suspended to be removed in October due to a few negative reviews. I was suspended for a week the beginning of July and even then I gave them proof that the issues reported have been addressed and the listing was reinstated.
When I received the notification, I quickly decided to appeal because the issues reported have been addressed and I had all the documentation to prove so.
I sent everything in via email and in 2 mins, I received a response from a rep asking for the information I sent over. I did ask if they were able to see the documents I sent in the previous email (screenshots and invoices of work about 30) , or if they needed me to resend it and literally 5 mins later I received a reply stating that they were upholding their decision to delete the listing.
I reached out again because I was told that if I felt that my appeal was not properly reviewed that I can reach out to someone and the rep said there was nothing they could do.
Is there something else I could do in regards to this?

Hi @Perfect-Vision-Homes0,
That sounds incredibly frustrating especially when you’ve already fixed the issues and provided documentation.
Unfortunately, appeals often go through Airbnb’s Trust & Safety or Quality teams, and the first responses can be quite automated. If it feels like your documentation wasn’t properly reviewed, you can ask for a manual escalation by replying with something like:
“I’d like to request a manual review from the Trust & Safety Escalations team to confirm my supporting documents have been received and evaluated.”
You can also try submitting a short version of your appeal (2–3 key pieces of evidence) through Airbnb’s Help Center under Hosting → Listing and account → Listing removed or suspended → Appeal decision.
If that still doesn’t work, the only other option is usually to create a new listing with updated details, title, and photos to reflect your improvements several hosts have successfully restarted that way after a removal.
Hopefully, a second-level review can at least ensure your documents are properly considered. I really hope it gets resolved soon.
