Synching Google Calendar to Airbnb Calendar, blocking wrong dates

I find the airBnb calendar clunky and annoying, I've set up a google Calendar and have successfully synced it but when I add a future entry into my Google calendar airBnb blocks every date up until the imported date.  So for example the calendar is free from October 7th onwards but if I create a single diary entry for November 20th it blocks every date until November 20th on my airBnb calendar.  I've looked at the settings on both platforms but can't find a solution.  Can anyone help please?

We don't sync to a Google calendar, but there have been some issues with the Google calendar and Airbnb calendar being off by one day since the Summer release, but not the situation you are mentioning? That is bizzare. The only think I can suggest is to delete the links between the two calendars and then resync them. 

I would try syncing Airbnb to Google first, then Google to Airbnb. If that doesn't correct it, try the reverse (sync Google to Airbnb first, then Airbnb to Google).

Perhaps another Host who uses the Google calendar can advise?
