Technical error in my listing address which cannot be corrected

Hi, I am attempting to list my property on Airbnb, and am running into a technical issue. When I enter my address, Airbnb automatically populates a postal code, which is incorrect, and cannot be updated. This is a problem in my city, where the listing address much match the address listed in the city's Short Term Registration approval, for the listing to be approved to be posted.

I've spoken to 5-6 Customer Support members over several days, and noone has been able to find a solution, as updates to the address cannot seem to save, and the incorrect postal code still appears. I have attempted via mobile, both Apple and Windows computers, and I have removed the listings and attempted to create a new one - all to no avail.

Is anyone able to help me with this?

What city and what is the correct postal code?

What code is Airbnb populating the field with?

Only Airbnb can resolve this. You'll need to get a screen shot of your license, screen shot of the error message you receive when trying to enter your address and something from the postal service showing your correct zip code (utility bill, mortgage statement, bank statement, etc,) I would also take a screen shot of the postal service screen that shows the correct zip code when you enter your address.

Hi @Alison1306

I'm sorry to hear that you were having some difficulties getting your listing up and running on the platform. As it has been a little while, I wanted to check in and see if you had managed to find a solution with the Support team, or needed any further advice?

Let us know how you get on please!

Thanks,

Emilie
